Return, Repair & Paint Party Ticket Policy

At Evelyn & Andy, each art piece is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care.

All product sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for refunds.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear within one (1) year of purchase, you may return the item to us for repair.

Repair Process

• Contact us with your order information and a description or photo of the damage.

• Once approved, you may send the item back to us for repair.

• After the repair is completed, the item will be returned to you.

Please note:

• This repair policy applies only to damage caused by normal use.

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, or environmental exposure (such as excessive moisture, heat, or direct outdoor conditions unless specified as outdoor-safe) may not qualify.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Paint Party Ticket Policy

All paint party tickets are final sale and are non-refundable.

If a ticket holder is unable to attend the scheduled event, the canvas or wood project materials prepared for that event will be left at the venue for the purchaser to pick up at a later date.

By purchasing a ticket, customers acknowledge that supplies and preparation are completed in advance specifically for each participant.
